1) Mr. Rakesh Agarwal has been in the field of Lasers for more than 15 years and is the founding brain behind Laser Technologies. He has shaped the company’s vision since its inception and continues to lead it to new heights every year. He is the motivator-in-chief of the company and the company continues to rocket towards his vision 2020 (which is a bit of a secret and would be unveiled, well, in 2020). When free, he likes to reply to emails!

2) Mr Nagendra Rawat has been in the field of Optics for more than a decade. Among the numerous degree he has obtained over the years, there is a master’s degree in Lasers and an MBA. He has keen interest in material science and automation. If you ever want to know what adding 1% of Unobtainium to the material will do to the cutting quality, he is your go-to guy. In his free time, he likes to play guitar to his daughter and, you guessed it right, learn more about the latest technologies that use laser.

3) Ms. Pankti spends all the money that the company earns. Yes, that’s exactly what she does! She is responsible for marketing, HR and sales promotions (the most well-known cost centres for an organization). In her free time, she likes to go golfing and has a handicap in low single digit on most golf courses. Cooking is another art she is expert at be it stories or food!!
